Office Design] ERM Taiwan Office, the tangible embodiment of sustainable development

Our in-depth technical expertise enables us to provide our clients with effective strategic and technical solutions on global issues such as environment, health, safety, risk and social responsibility. When planning the new office space, the Yiie design team used corporate brand colors and natural tones to create a fresh and soothing atmosphere. Upon entering the office, the first thing that caught our eye was the brand logo, which represents the perspective of the earth, with lines drawn outward in two concentric circles to show the macro and micro perspectives. The dark green color of the brand on the wall is like entering the heart of nature - the tropical rainforest. The line of sight then extends to the output wall, where the design incorporates elements of Taiwan's distinctive mountain range, which also embodies ERM's philosophy of sustainable development. The open office area is embellished with soft beige and green partitions to create a harmonious and focused working environment, and this natural color palette has a stress-relieving effect. The back of the office area is also equipped with a pantry and two telephone booths. The pantry not only serves as a good place for employees to relax and rest, but also encourages everyone to relax and interact while enjoying a cup of coffee or a snack; while the telephone booths provide a quiet environment, allowing colleagues to have an independent space to conduct their business negotiations when they need to focus on their calls or online meetings. The large conference room utilizes movable partitions to flexibly adjust the space configuration to meet different needs of meetings and activities. This design eliminates limitations and makes it easy to accommodate small discussions, interdepartmental meetings, and educational training. The Yiie design team not only focuses on aesthetics, our goal is to help companies create unique branded spaces where every detail reflects the core values and culture of the brand. The wave shape can be seen in the decorative lighting and flooring, as if welcoming every visitor. The Coca-Cola bottles embedded in the counter are not only decorative, but also a wonderful display of the company's main products, adding flavor to the entire office space. On the walls, the bottle caps are cleverly arranged in the shape of bottles, with the Coca-Cola logo, bottle handles on the cabinets, as well as the colors and various stickers used, leaving no doubt that this is the world of Coca-Cola, full of energy and creative atmosphere! The functional layout of the office is designed to stimulate creativity in an open office space that not only meets the company's current needs and work philosophy, but is also flexible enough to adapt to future developments and trends. Each work area, including the management's office area, is carefully planned to maintain a sense of openness while ensuring a level of comfort that allows each employee to work happily here. The design takes into account the separation of up to 12 people, using high partitions to create a private work environment and a quiet place for everyone to be when they need to focus. The choice of carpeting, wall coverings and furniture is not only practical, but also effective in controlling sound, keeping the office energized while maintaining a cozy atmosphere, and allowing a spark of creativity to emanate from every corner! This design allows employees to be fully engaged and enjoy their work, whether they are collaborating or thinking independently! In addition, there are many relaxing and friendly areas in the office to make the whole environment more pleasant! Located in the middle of Daan Station and Xinyi Anhe Station, the interactive art wall on the first floor of CTR Commercial Building combines the theme of "Mori" with the streetscape to interact with the residents, and the interior design of the lobby has a vintage and grand atmosphere, and there is also a lecture hall inside the building for the use of tenants.
