Different regional cultures have a great influence on the design of different offices.

Office design is the embodiment of corporate culture and work efficiency. It is not only a workplace, but also a stage for employee creativity, communication and cooperation. Through proper design, an office can become an inspiring environment that attracts talent, enhances productivity and shapes the company's image. However, this design is not static and is deeply influenced by the local culture.

Join us at Hasbro's new office in Hong Kong.

The new design achieves the vision of transforming the traditional workspace into a modern, dynamic and collaborative environment. To enhance collaboration and social interaction, a number of areas have been specifically designed to promote collaboration and social interaction.

Each floor has designated meeting spaces, including client-facing areas, play areas, quiet work areas and collaboration areas.

These 'zones' have a clear purpose, whilst creating a sense of continuity by incorporating the key concepts of brand identity, sustainability and local Hong Kong elements in the office.

In order to showcase Hasbro's brand identity, the office space was created in an engaging manner. These are the focal points of the collaborative space Cluedo can be found throughout the office.(also known as Kludo, a deduction game)Jenga(brain skill game)and Monopoly(Real Estate Trading Game)The colors, imagery and concepts of beloved brands such as These elements were incorporated into the meeting rooms, reception areas and phone booths, together providing a visually stunning and immersive experience.

In addition, the design team added an ambience that is culturally relevant and unique to Hong Kong, including traditional Hong Kong style café décor and furniture. Local architectural influences are incorporated throughout the office, with the Transformers bringing a sense of creativity and playfulness to the office, contrasting with the Hong Kong-style neon signage. These unique furniture mixes not only reflect Hasbro's brand identity, but also provide a unique and memorable experience for employees and visitors.

Sustainability was a key consideration during the design process, which we achieved by selecting sustainable materials and practices. Recycled materials, LED lighting and energy-efficient technologies were carefully reviewed and the team incorporated reclaimed wood stair seating into the design. With a few adjustments and clever rearranging, over 80% of existing furniture was saved and reused in the newly designed office.
