In order to adapt to the aftermath ofCOVIDWith the ever-changing demands of modern hybrid work patterns, we redesigned the space to support the dynamic nature of modern work, employee wellness and changing needs. We worked with the client to discuss how the new office could capture the essence of the brand while enhancing the workplace experience and streamlining business operations to become a meaningful workplace.
Embrace Agility and Adaptability
We transformed the office into a futuristic, flexible and digital workspace, moving away from the traditional closed office layout. We created an open and dynamic space that caters to a variety of work styles, with meeting rooms for focused thinking and areas for employees to collaborate, thus increasing productivity and supporting creativity.
A spacious work café at the entrance of each floor serves as a multi-functional center for individual and collaborative tasks. This design meets the typical needs of a mixed work pattern, accommodating variety and fluctuating attendance. In addition, furniture such as height-adjustable, movable desks can be reconfigured for added flexibility.
The open space is designed to maximize natural light and provide clear visibility, creating a comfortable and uplifting environment.
